BEAT SAFARI — OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Official Terms and Conditions govern participation in the ParlaySafari "Beat Safari" promotional game offered by ParlaySafari ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
1. PROMOTIONAL CONTEST — NO GAMBLING
The Game is a free promotional contest for entertainment purposes only. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO PAYMENT REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. NOT A GAMBLING ACTIVITY. NOT SPORTS BETTING. NOT A LOTTERY. The Game is structured as a skill-based promotional contest. No consideration is required to participate.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Participation is limited to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older (19+ in AL & NE, 21+ where required by law), with a valid registered Beat Safari account. ParlaySafari reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & INTEGRITY
Participants must provide accurate information and maintain only one (1) account. Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or AI tools to gain advantage is prohibited. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts, reset streaks, remove leaderboard positions, withhold prizes, or permanently ban participants at its sole discretion. All decisions are final and non-appealable.
4. GAME STRUCTURE
Each day, three (3) sports prediction questions are posted. Participants must submit all three picks before the posted lock time. Picks cannot be changed after submission. ParlaySafari retains sole discretion to determine eligible events, correct picks, scoring, tie-breaking rules, prize structure, entry deadlines, and streak resets. All determinations are final and binding. The Company may modify rules at any time.
5. STREAK RULES
A winning day requires at least 2 of 3 correct picks. A losing day (1/3 or 0/3) resets your streak to zero. Missing a day entirely resets your streak and counts as 0-0 in your monthly record. Streaks continue indefinitely upon daily winning days.
6. PRIZES
10-Day Streak: Participants who achieve a 10-consecutive-day winning streak will receive 3 months of ParlaySafari VIP access. This prize may be awarded multiple times to the same participant.
20-Day Streak: Participants who achieve a 20-consecutive-day winning streak will receive 1 year of ParlaySafari VIP access.
Monthly Winner: The participant(s) with the best win-loss record for the calendar month will receive 1 year of ParlaySafari VIP access and one (1) ParlaySafari apparel item of their choice. Ties result in all tied participants receiving the prize.
All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash equivalent, and are subject to availability. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
7. DATA & MARKETING CONSENT
By participating, you consent to collection and use of your data, receipt of marketing communications, and use of your username and performance for promotional purposes.
8. DISQUALIFICATION & FRAUD
ParlaySafari reserves the right to disqualify any participant for suspected fraud, multiple accounts, collusion, data manipulation, abuse, or violation of platform rules.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARLAYSAFARI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, TECHNICAL FAILURES, SCORING ERRORS, SERVER DOWNTIME, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES. PARTICIPATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIABILITY EXCEED $100.
10. MANDATORY ARBITRATION
Any dispute arising from this Game shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Florida, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. You waive the right to jury trial, class action participation, and consolidated claims.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If arbitration is unenforceable, venue lies exclusively in Florida courts.
12. THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER
The Game is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any professional or collegiate sports league, team, athlete, or governing sports body. All league names, team names, athlete names, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for informational and descriptive purposes.
13. RESPONSIBLE GAMING
